Students who would like to participate in the New Horizons program must have a 3.0 GPA or higher. If your GPA falls below a 3.0 but you still feel you're a good candidate for the program, please describe in 200 words or less how your GPA doesn't reflect your true abilities. The New Horizons program staff will review your statement and your completed application materials to decide whether or not you may participate in the program. (This is not required if you have a 3.0 GPA or higher)

Applications for students wishing to apply for Fall semester must be received by May 15 by 4:00 p.m. Applications for students wishing to apply for Spring semester must be received by October 15 by 4:00 p.m. After your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted by the Director of New Horizons. If you are admitted to the program you will then schedule an advising appointment to select and register for your classes.
